you can only add mods to inscribable shields from nf or the updated HoH drops so if yours is not inscribable, i am afraid it is merch food.
20-30k max on it i guess skin is quite common and not too popular, though i though it was nice
30-40k imo this skin dun seem to be as common as the other paragon shield
10-20k not a very popular axe imo
