ranger hair bug

if you don't see anything i'm sorry you have a problem because all the others did so... look where the ear should be and you will notice...

my graphic card is fine all the other games run perfect such as half-life 2 css battlefield 2 black and white 2 that are much more demanding than...

i tried playing with the skin color height face nothing still the same problem...

so what do you guys suggest? shall i just forget about creating a male ranger or what i'm pretty clueless some didn't even see the bug in...
