send me a message on guru with what type of % mod you are lf stance, enchanted >50% or <50% and i think i can work something out with you...

must be max armor 16 req can be 9-11 tactics- or 7-9 strength +7-8 vs piercing -2 stance very specific i know skin doesnt matter unless its too...

not sure why you want a - 5 energy weapon, i have a 14% always -5 energy hand axe max dmg ... and i cant remember the req ... its not absurdly...
