I play all female characters (except warrior and sometimes monk) because they dont like complete idiots.

Any energy management skill that requires NO investment in attributes is awesome. Especially when it gives as much raw energy as second wind.

Prices have ranged on these from 100k-100k +50 ectos. Try to find a buyer ingame, is my advice, as they (in my experience) seem to offer more.

Second Wind is AWESOME. If you use it with good energy management and a +30/-2 set. It's not a bad elite, at all.
