Thunderhead is MUCH worse than Thirsty. Thirsty is easy with a semi-decent team. Thunderhead requires that team to LISTEN.

Sand Giants dont really have that good drops. I tried farming them with my 55hp build monk. Got a couple of golds. Bad ones. Non-max damage...
