Well it's same account. I could see it with my newbie monk lvl 14, but after this latest update it disappeared. My PvE Warrior can see it....

I did that and I'm in Great Temple of Balthazar. It's just not on the map. I see Team Arena and Heroes Ascend but no Random Arena.

I'm trying to access it with my PvE character. I can see it on map with my level 20 PvE Warrior, but my level 20 Ranger can't. I thought...
