oik i fixed it, my monitor is a moron!!! it was to do with clocking. if anyone esle has a similar problm then mess loads with the setings on your...
ok this hasnt occured ijn guildwars, but in some other programs when it goes to "full screen mode" im not sure of the cause, may be cause...
