I wouldnt sell the hammer for less than 40k, anything 40k and above I would sell for.. The +30hp itself is going for about 30k The 5/-1 Vampiric...

Not much, no bonuses.. Only thing going for it is the fact its max dmg and req 9. You will be lucky to get 2K or so for it, if a newbie is needing...
