You can buy these from rare scroll traders so if you really want to sell this, sell bit lower than they do.
It's not max dmg...and you have customized it Can't really sell it.
I don't think you can get close to 100k from it anymore, there's quite many of these in the market already.
I've seen req11's going around 100k~ these days so this one would hang in 60k~ area tops imo.
