I'd salvage for +30HP mod first, blade itself is around 20k~ although there's plenty of them around so might end up getting less.

Yeah, purple ones with bad dmg mods tend to go around 30k-50k~

Assuming it's non-inscribable, 20k~ or so. If you're selling it don't mod.
