So it's the common skin then, I'd salvage for mods in this case. Req is quite high.
1. Merch food, high req & flawed dmg mod 2. Merch food as well, bad dmg mod 3. Req13 divine or...? 4. Only single mod, merch food I'm afraid.
Not very easy to sell this skin, if you find someone looking this then 30k-40k~

Starter green items are worth just 1k~ or so. Celestial Axe 5k~/Salvage for zealous.
No inherent dmg mod? Salvage for +20% vs undead mod then. Same goes for eternal bow.
I'd salvage for mods, skin is somewhat common. If axe survives then you might get 10k-15k~ from it.

Salvage +30HP mod from falchion Staff is merch food, it has no proper casting mods.
