Mixed req & flawed casting mod, I'd salvage for mods since the skin is quite common.

Only 1-2k~/Merch. Paragon shields with high req are hard to sell and diamond skin has become very common.
Yeah skin is quite wanted but not very rare. Might get few plats 4k~ from someone who doesn't care about the colour

Assuming it has max energy & dmg, 5-8k~ or so. Nice looking but very common skin.
