So you're looking for a plain white elemental sword that has no mods on it? If so then 1k tops, but with a bit of luck spam a bit in kamadan...

HoD, ~60k-80k imo. You can find them for bit less in game (bought one for 40k) sometimes but it has more value to a collector Shadow Blade ~40k or so
