This is my lawgiver & most personal item in my collection, got it as a drop back in 2005 so we've come a long way together, still using it
~15k or so, seems to be quite popular but not very rare.
I've only seen ANet krew during events & monk strikes, so I'm still quite neutral about them.
I'll trade you a panda for it ... Seriously though, you might get plat or two from it if you find a collector of old-skool stuff who dwells in...
Only a plat or two/give to hero, quite unwanted skin with close to zero demand I'm afraid.
Salvage mods from it, skin itself only plat or two - unwanted.
