Salvage for mods, it has no inherent dmg mod.

It's quite common skin, assuming that inherent HSR mod is 20%, ~2k-5k.

1. ~2k-5k in my opinion 2. Flawed casting mod, might get plat or two but merchant would same from a lot of trouble.
