Salvage mods from it first, axe itself ~5k-8k or so.
~30k-40k or so in my opinion, little more or less depending on luck.

Yeah Presearing is only place where you can get it. It's not really hard to obtain one so don't think there's Great market for those...

There's no guide for selling guilds I'm afraid, prices vary too much. Basically get what you can if someone is willing to buy.
~5k or so, ´not much demand for these nowadays. Don't mod if you're planning to sell, won't do much good.
