u should infuse all 5 pieces of ur armor before u do missions with murrsaats in them. the spectral agony really kicks non-infused ass

u dont regen health at all u lose hp when u carry that sword and are out of town. and every time u make a successful hit on a monster u gain 1 hp.

i know there is a quest after ascention that gives u 5k exp and 15 att point
