Oooo... Twin-dragon, but with only a single inherent mod; and with halves casting instead of halves recharge at that... Might be able to get a few...
One Winged-staff coming up... Not really sure if it can be dyed or not, and have only ever seen Mhenlo carry it around on some missions and...

Seen quite a few max req 7s pop up over the past couple of weeks. However, this is the only one I've seen with +30 and halves skill recharge....
