just switch your way of working every now and then (dont kill all, kill all, dont kill all, go to the next groups kill them, kill all,...

Bosses can drop their green at ANY time! regardless of what they are holding. +5 armor mod = what I use, but I use the axe for running too, where...

Rangers, use distracting shot, warriors the axe interrupt that makes skill recharge way higher. Elementalists use knockdown, assassins too. Monks...

I managed to kill all the rangers yesterday, its just careful luring and 16 fast casting that do the job there. Usually one or two warriors stay...

To avoid interrupts, just make sure u stand away from the archers, pretty far away if possible, then their savage shot won't hit your skills,...
