it's a 6 armored collector shield that can be aquired outside of Frontier Gate.

the exact same skill list i posted w/ 12 strength and 14 tactics works well, but i still think that having the swordsmanship makes it go faster....

i took 10 with no trouble at all with my build ^_^ but yea i'll switch up my atts and see what i can come up with
