Feels like that to me too.....so I go hunting on my own so I get ALL the drops.

Certain necro and monk spells can do that.

And put your killing skill on the extreme right of your bar.

You could buy the Druid (Ranger) Armor when you get to Lion's Arch. It gives you slightly more energy.

The Capture signet is good for one use only.....so it amounts to the same expenditure of skill points. I would use the Capture signet for elite...
