with the guilds, how does a guild come to own an outpost? and what benefits does it have?

is there anywhere i can go or anything i can do to preload factions and preview data? having to wait 40 minutes every time u warp with dialup is...

the humongous rack the rit has is the reason i rerolled all of my 4 characters to rit...

i am also getting the same problem, cept comp is even better... i think its a gw problem
