I'd say up to 20k, people are really buying up this skin at inflated prices.
Recently sold one with the same stats except was r11 fire magic for 95k, so as always Stuey knowns his pc's...
Personally I'd merch it. Might milk a plat or two out of it if your lucky.
If it's tyrian I'd be seriously tempted to salvage.. or just hang on to it and see what comes of the inscription salvage rumors...
