Zodiacs w/o a damage mod seem to be selling at around 20-40k. Silly people buying them imo.

20k is absolutely a great deal on that, perfect mods for a curses necro.

Salvage

5k is the standard for that piece.

High req, good bonus, wanted skin (for some reason), added mods make an attractive package. I'd say 150k despite the high req.

Haven't seen anywhere near enough zodiac staffs going around to give a PC on this. Only way to know is to auction it and see what happens.

The only inherant mod is Reduces Weekness. Sorry but the staff itself is worthless, salvage and hope for the wrap.
