In befriending the luxons/kurzicks quest summary both point out it is possible to buy faction. I cant find where and nobody seems to know please...

Evreyone tells me Xuekao has it but they changed him to sin's promise so could someone plz tell me which boss and where he is located to cap...

For those who dont kno Xuekao the Deceptive gives Assassin's Promise now. He's located in Pongmei Valley

i didnt find this skill very useful unless everyone is going to be bunched up the whole this would make the team vulnerable to AoE so the skill...
