Irratic Camera behaviour during battles

Just got back from picking up my son from school to find that I still can't log onto guild wars and still can't access any gw websites....

Problem is not on the phone with them, only internet, so I still get charged whoever I phone! Wouldn't switch to BT, we tried them at one time...
