well...lets compare... ss = 20s duration, 10s recharge, 35dmg every action vor = 10s duration, 20s recharge, 90dmg every skill how many actions...

ss=pve vor=pvp? and i dunno if vor does more dmg in pve... monster spend a lot of time on auto-attack not to mention vor has downtime and ss can...
