i stand corrected my bad that doesnt quite sound rite wit asuran scan tho would do +289% dmg rather than +130% dmg unless asuran scan is additive...

yes it does as well as % dmg modifiers from enemy slaying mods (i.e. 20% vs charr) and any % dmg increase from using skills (i.e. [asuran scan])...
