i had a re9 inscrptable, crappy mods, i was getting offers around 5-10k, so with the extra mods id say 25-30k and i hope u didnt mod to sell >.<

Well, the Attxe do about 400 dmg to a caster but the smites arnt that bad, they do about 50dmg to casters, then u can go on to the rangers wich...

it probly dropped in HoH, along with every other uber rare inscrptable.

FoW and UW arnt classed as elites..acording to wiki...but then again the info comes from ppl like ourselves, only anet know
