Req 10 IMO is a decent req for tactics. I myself never run below 10 tactics.... ~65k +
I personally would merchant all but the fellblade and the skeleton shield.

Nothing like coming up 1 point short on each modifier! 60-80k sounds about right...id pay that much for it =)
