With those mods I'd aim for 100k25-30e. What I see in game atm: 100k35+ if perfect mods. 100k25-30 with imperfect.

40-50k+, imo. Perfect Echovalds are rare enough still.
100k50-80e, depending. Most likely toward the lower end of the bracket like o m g and Stuey suggest. 100e+ is a little hopeful, imo.
I reckon these might go a little higher, imo. For the moment - at least - there don't appear to be many about. I'd put in sell with an s/b...
