Agreed. I'd risk the furious salvage, you'll sell faster if you split and sell each part for less.
I'd say 20k as it has the +30.
Hard sell, tbh. Not worth the time it will take. Silly idea giving to a hero when you can craft or /bonus (etc..) something much more functional.
20kish, sure. I'd salvage the +30, then the 10% and if you still have the blade, sell for 5k.
20k shouldn't be a problem.
I bought and sold dozens of these pre-nf for 20-30k each. Prince Rurik fever ftw? 65-75k, imo.
