I just sold the same hammer with a furious mod instead of the 20/20 for 100k 10e. I wouldn't let this go for anything less than 100k 5 ecto....
I'd merch it. The only non perfect mods worth the bother are +29 and 20/19 sword mods, imo.
Your buyouts are far too high. Especially on the gothic sword. You'll be lucky to get 250k for that, let alone 700. Think more 150k and...
