I've got a question... When a hero is considered to be a kurzick or luxon? I mean, the only important thing is how many faction at the moment...

I'm not sure what you wanted to say but it isn't - as all glyphs, its cost is 5e.

As I noticed, elementalists often say that they are "Echo nukers" or "Renewal nukers" or "E+R nukers" (/Echo+Renewal)....
