Max quality didnt have anything to do with the auto resizing through photobucket. But either way no more talk about this. =P
So you know, Photobucket pwnd your pics... I'd suggest looking into Imageshack or something else, because Photobucket sucks hard.

If you dont want to go that way, there is always GIMP. It's the open source version of Photoshop. It works pretty well.
