For the spiders: in the begin you might have a massive aggro, if its your first or second time, lure a group of 4 back to the wall so only those 4...

shoot and immediately walk like 4 steps back, they will automaticly stop when they are in "wand" range

Take your flatbow and shoot at one of them, run a little bit back and they will only attack you with their wands but will not use their skills....

Maybe you can somehow switch Wary Stance with another skill so you can clear the cave? That would be great.
