well, you'd need a good Weap to go wiht it... but IMO it'd sell for a good 10k or so. maybe 15 to thee right person.

This one is tough, b/c selling it "as is" might be a little difficult. If you coudl salvage for the +1 MOD, then it'd be worth it and...
