unless it's a rare sin that everyone wants, then merchant it... it doesn't have any "- receive" which would make it have value.
this item is going to be so common aned already is.. most people are tryng to sell for around 80-100k if you wanna make a quick sale i'd say...
you'd be lucky to get around 25 for it. Since Factions came out, hammers aren't doing well/have lost value. You'd be safe around 15k

you almost wanna try and ell this as is. but asking price would have to be probably not what you'd want i think inthe best interest of you...
salvage fo defense mod (hopefully) then sell that
salvage and hope for Fortitude Mod
salvage... "enchanted" along iwth +14% doens't make it any way "perfect"..... so yeah i'd hope to grabthe +1 mod off of it...
