Vampiric swords/axes are in high demand currently, however yours isn't max damage. I would guess perhaps ~10k, get more opinions though.

I would merch it. As a side note, I wouldn't want my heroes to have -1e regeneration, system.fan. Great Conch is around 60-80k.
