if i remember right it took me about 100k to get just rank 1 lucky title

what i would do it have a base level cap where your toon can not get any stronger but have your level go higher so it gives the benifit of both worlds

yeah my firends and me did that too my first run i got demon fangs very nice run now my guild can do 14-18 with 600/smite.... and support
