i agree one tip that may help you out if you have a fast connection is to download the game from guildwars.com then install it....then after it...

with HM i would have to say junk now.....since they drop in max dmg and possibly dropped as gold...

gemstone inscribable skin you can get fairly cheap for around 5-10k furious mod = 5k probably less sundering mod = 20k +30 mod =20k so total...

if you are running 16 in dagger mastery then there is no difference in using a req 13 or a req 9 max dmg weapon.... most mele weapons do slashing...
