If its an option then there isn't really much problem with it. People can just set it however they like.

I'm guessing it'd be programmed to check your minion limit when you create a minion, not every x milliseconds or whenever your death magic...

Doesn't really make sense for some titles like cartographer. If it's reasonable, then I don't really have anything against...

Definately /notsigned. A free title for people with vanquisher, and almost free for people with skill hunter.

Seconding Assassin's Promise. Instant skill recharge and a soul-reaping like effect is awesome, of course provided you kill stuff quickly.
