NVIDIA Application Profile is ignored by GW (or whatever)

Maybe this isn't even a problem, but..

Feel silly asking about this glitch...

The game isn't listening to my NVIDIA profile. It will if I make changes to the 'default' profile, but not to the one I have linked to...

Are there footstep sounds in GW? I haven't played in a while, but I seem to remember there being some. Am i wrong here? I hear music, battle...

I also don't buy the excuse that someone 'would rather stare at a female's ass all day'...just because your playing a male...
