it has high req and is missing the perfect dmg mod so as I said earlier; salvage should be considered. Even if it had 20% (while hexed) mod on it...

I would say 10-25k I recommend to wait another opinion.

what colour is it? gold?

not max dmg so its to merch or if you need the mods then expert salvage.
