Noob question: Chat Bubbles

Doesnt work

I mean the speech bubbles that come up above people heads when they speak, makes the game look more like a comic book. They have them in WoW too...

Hi im new to the game. I really hate the chat bubbles but I Cant find anyway to turn them off. Please help!
