20k? Really? for a req 13? I'm thinking 10-15k but thats only my opinion, good luck, enjoy the game.

Agreed, Don't bother adding mods, I'd sell it off for 40-70. (Ballpark)

Try to sell in AC D1 for 5k, you'd be surprised how many players jump at golds. If not, merchant or salvage it. Good luck.
