I suggest you try and sell it fast - 100k+20 ecto is going rate for these. I don't think the intro to NF should've affected this. IMO...
Dmg - 11-22? Salvage for the +30. Dmg - 15-22? I suggest you leave it as is, you should be able to get 90-110k out of it. Sold a req 9 recently...
