If I'm not mistaken that is the quest to become a secondary warrior. Are you a primary, or secondary warrior currently? That maybe your problem.

I would say go with the Monk Second. I play a Mo/me right now and love it. The mesmer hexs really help everything out.

Well look at what staff, wand or focus item you are using and that should help you figure which one you need more.

If you want to art book, or do hot have a head set for team speech then it is worth it. The preorder items are far from great.
