Okay at the moment I'm at Kryta Gates and I'd like to know if I'm anyway near it. What is it? It sounds cool. ^_^

You can use PRE-MADE Builds and they have Skills. Just use one of them if you're not happy.

I don't know what the Reward is either. *feels dumb* :x

I also get the Choppy Effect in towns just on Characters and Armour though.. o.O I also notice when I go into an area and the sun shines on...

The most powerful PvE character I ever made was an Ele/Mes I mainly used E spells but the Mesmer spells Energy Burn stuff like that really helped...

Just leave the area and enter it again and one should be near the healing spring fountain type thing again. ^_^

Okay, so I heard that you don't have to go down the flame coridoor to get the ashes. (I tryed going there and it was near impossible >_>...

Of course if you don't use a Two Handed weapon. Thought all BOW'S are Two-Handed me thinks..
