Polar.. Don't bother till after Xmas Kanaxai.. 100K(trivial) +1000e+ 750arms. That'd be enough to get one. Also it's not the rarest...

100+30-40 each. Skin glitches with everything on the shield... *barf*

I'd say at least 100+25 and up. It's a pretty cool skin, and reasonably rare.
